Reservation Information
Reservations are made online here through a.purplepass.com or by calling our box office at 985-876-4278 for assistance in making online reservations. Reservations for handicap seating must be made thru the box office. Season Tickets are $75 per season ticket plus processing fees and Guest tickets for individual production are $20 per ticket plus processing fees. Your online reservations will be confirmed by email from Purplepass.com. If there is no answer at the box office please leave a message with your name and contact phone number and reason for calling. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. Reservations for non season ticket subscribers are normally not available until approximately 2 weeks prior to the production opening.
All seating in LePetit Theatre is reserved seating. Our doors open one hour prior to curtain. We request that patrons arrive at least 15-20 minutes before curtain to provide time to be checked in and seated. Evening performances begin at 7:00PM and Matinee performances begin at 2:00PM. Doors will be shut at the start of the show and seating is not guaranteed once the show has begun. Please let the box office know if you have to cancel your reservation.
Season ticket subscribers will be able to purchase additional guest tickets when tickets sales open to the general public. SEASON SUBSCRIBERS: When purchasing Season tickets you will be required to choose your performance dates and seats for the season at the time of purchase. Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an email with your receipt and an attachment containing your tickets which can be printed or saved on your cell phone. The individual tickets have a QR code which is used to scan your ticket when you arrive at LePetit de Terrebonne theatre. An email will be sent to remind patrons of upcoming shows and to check their tickets. For assistance please contact the box office at 985-876-4278.
SINGLE TICKET PURCHASES: Guest tickets for each production normally will be available for purchase approximately 2 weeks prior to opening. Single ticket purchasers will also be required to choose an available performance and seat.
